Cancellation & Refund Policy
Last Updated: June 2026
1. Introduction
At DA360, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital marketing services, including SEO, Google Ads, and Website Development. We operate with full transparency to ensure that our clients understand our billing structure, cancellation processes, and refund policies.
2. No Lock-in Contracts
We pride ourselves on an ethical approach to agency partnerships. We do not enforce long-term "lock-in" contracts. All our ongoing retainer services (such as Monthly SEO or Ads Management) operate on a month-to-month basis.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Notice Period: You may cancel your monthly retainer at any time by providing a written notice at least 15 days prior to your next billing cycle.
- Processing: Upon receiving your cancellation request, we will stop any future billing, wrap up the current month's deliverables, and hand over any necessary assets (reports, login credentials, etc.) at the end of the paid billing period.
- Late Cancellations: If you cancel with less than 15 days' notice before your next invoice date, you will be billed for the upcoming month, and services will be rendered until the end of that period.
4. Refund Policy
Because digital marketing involves dedicating significant time, manual effort, and upfront resources (such as software costs, content writing, and technical audits), our general policy regarding refunds is as follows:
4.1 Ongoing Monthly Retainers (SEO, Local SEO, Ads Management)
- Payments made for the current or past months are strictly non-refundable. The fee covers the time, strategy, and execution provided by our team during that period.
- SEO and digital marketing results are inherently subject to third-party algorithms (e.g., Google's core updates). We guarantee ethical, white-hat execution but cannot guarantee specific algorithmic outcomes, hence refunds based on ranking performance are not provided.
4.2 One-Time Projects (Website Development, Technical Audits)
- Before work commences: If you request a cancellation before any work has started (within 48 hours of payment), we will issue a full refund minus any payment gateway processing fees.
- After work has commenced: Project deposits (typically 50% upfront) are non-refundable once the discovery, design, or development phase has begun, to cover the labor hours already invested.
- If a project is canceled midway, the client is responsible for paying for the portion of work already completed up to the cancellation date.
5. Disputed Charges and Chargebacks
If you have any billing issues, we request that you contact us directly first to resolve the matter amicably. Initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card provider without attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in an immediate suspension of all services and handing over of the account to collections.
