Service scope is defined in proposals, quotes, or agreements shared via email/WhatsApp.
2. Payment Terms
- Payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed.
- Projects begin only after initial payment is received.
- Late payments may delay project timelines or pause services.
Accepted modes: UPI, Bank Transfer, Online Payment.
3. Client Responsibilities
Client must provide:
- Website access
- GMB access
- Hosting / domain details
- Relevant content
- Timely approvals
Delays in providing access or content will extend timelines.
4. Service Timelines
Timelines depend on:
- project scope
- deliverables
- cooperation
- client’s responsiveness
DA360 is not liable for delays due to incomplete inputs or third-party issues.
5. SEO Disclaimer
SEO results vary due to:
- competition
- industry
- Google algorithm updates
We do NOT guarantee specific rankings.
We guarantee process, effort, and optimization, not ranking positions.
6. Ownership
Upon completing full payment:
- Website files belong to the client
- Content delivered belongs to the client
- Strategy documents remain intellectual property of DA360 (non-transferable)

8. Termination
Either party may terminate with written notice.

9. Limitation of Liability
DA360 is not responsible for:
- third-party hosting failures
- domain issues
- algorithm changes
- data loss due to client negligence
- misuse of provided credentials
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
