Due to the nature of digital marketing services, refunds are limited.
1. Non-Refundable Services
These services are non-refundable once started:
- SEO services
- Local SEO services
- GMB optimization
- Content writing
- Website development
- Strategy consulting
Once work begins, time and resources are invested.
2. Partial Refunds (Before Work Begins)
You may request a partial refund before work starts.
(Processing fee may apply.)
3. No Refund After Deliverables Are Shared
If any of the following are delivered, refunds do not apply:
- audit reports
- keyword research
- website setup
- GMB setup
- content drafts
- strategy documents
4. Project Cancellation by Client
If a project is paused or cancelled by the client:
- No refund for completed tasks
- Future tasks will not be billed
5. Project Cancellation by DA360
If DA360 cannot continue a project (rare cases):
- prorated refund will be issued for uncompleted work.
